A little added information here about eye movements and how they can enhance the visualization process. The science of Neuro Linguistic Programming indicates that remember-ins information from past experiences is easier if the part of the brain that contains these memories is activated. This can be achieved by looking up and to the left. So when visualizing a past experience from your personal life or an event that you took part in, look up and to the left before, and periodically, during the visualization. When creating a belief system or envisioning a future performance, you may activate the “future” part of the brain by looking up and to the right.
