A little advice for my friends...do not try to put on your capris while watching the today show, leaning against a high bed, and resting your foot on an exercise ball. You could fall face forward while tugging on your clothes with one hand and try to grab the bed with your other hand and hit your face on the carpet, bending your glasses all to h... causing the nose piece to scrape the skin off the said nose, seriously bruising the end of said nose and bleeding on the carpet. Ouch...and screaming for ones husband does not always work, when he is downstairs reading a Stephen King novel.
