We too must look at our love for God and see if it measures up with the command in Matt 22. Do our actions verify or deny our Love of God? We are commanded to Love God with all that we have and to love others. However we cannot love people correctly without Loving God and you cannot love God without also loving other people. As Jesus said, these two commandments are like unto each other and upon them rest all the Law and Prophets. So ask yourself today, does your life show your love for God or just your lips and are you ok with that?
