A little bit of early morning core work for you to try guys 18-20 reps for 5 sets with 60 secs rest in between. Work towards getting the torso and legs as vertical as possible on the way up its not essential to get all the way up but this is what you should work towards. Ensure a controlled movement through the descent and transition to legs fully extended. Ive worked with a few people on this so far this week and Im sure theyll testify to the effectiveness of this exercise.
