A little boy who had a heart transplant at a very young age needs your help. Marshall Smith had a battle with cancer years after his transplant and has had complications throughout his childhood. Now, his body is showing some rejection to the heart. The family is has to make sacrifices and struggles to keep medical needs paid for. They are back and forth to see doctors and specialists in Detroit regularly, and it is a huge financial strain on the family. 9&10s Alyssa Gambla spoke to Marshalls doctor and family about the struggles Marshall is facing.
