A little bummed. Last night my new manager called me and asked if I would be back up today. Of course I said sure and that it wouldnt be a problem since I was already going to be at the gym today first with my cardio then training. She said awesome and told me to check in with the person already working to let them know that I was there if needed. Well I did that. Then finished my cardio and then had an awesome training session. No one got me so I assumed everything was good. You know what they say about assumptions right? Got out to my car after my workout was finished and saw that they tried to call me. Walked right back in and they had already gotten someone else. Apparently I couldnt be found. Next time Ill do a double check if Im on call and Im actually at the gym and also let the front desk person know Im there also...even though I did what my manager asked me I still feel bad that I wasnt any help the first time I was needed. :-(
