A little footage from last night... 30 yard dragon walks are not a walk in the park!!! Particularly when youre also doing 100 one legged squats, 100 cross body toe touches, 100 in and outs from the plank position and 100 BURPEES!!!! But they do it and they do it well!!! Tonight we have another intense workout in a different manner... We will use the pyramid protocol for shoulder and tricep strength training and a lot of core work that will blast the fat right back into 1998!!!
