A little frustrated right now. Jordyn just called me from the school and told me they dont have her school physical form that we turned in the night of conferences. I dont remember if we gave it to the principal or the counseling office but we for sure turned it in. I am almost positive we handed it right to the principal, but Jordyn said without it should could only attend the practice and watch but not participate! Thats bullshit, that she has to sit out cuz the school lost her form! When I called back they even told me this happens every time a new sport starts, physicals get misplaced blah blah blah, well then I told her if it happens every time you would think they would have figured out a way to keep from losing the kids physical forms! I also told her that Jordyn should not have to sit out because the school screwed up! Now I am hoping her drs office can fax a new form before 3pm so she can participate! I told her to go watch the practice even if she cant participate this time so she doesnt miss anything but I call bullshit on the school, they should let her participate especially since its their fault they lost it and she clearly had the physical otherwise the dr wouldnt be able to just fax a new form over!! Its only the first practice n they ended up canceling it last minute yesterday n switched it to today. Hopefully the school gets their act together with the physicals cuz it sounds like Jordyn wont be the only one sitting out.
