A little frustrated trying to fly home to Columbus. ...i arrived at the gate 8 minutes before scheduled pushback. The door was closed and the roof AND jet bridge pulled away from the aircraft....and it WAS NOT full!!! I totally understand wanting to have an early push, but not if you strand non Rev passengers....we are internal customers too.....it sucked. Now waiting 5 hours for the next flight home...the good news, I am making it home, I am officially on vacation, and one week from today I will be on a Caribbean cruise. So there!
