A little help from Rottweiler Judges and exhibitors please. I asked sometime ago for any open show society secretaries to let me have their email addresses so that I could circulate the Rottweiler Breed Council judges lists to them each time they are updated, in doing this I was hoping to get societies to pick judges off the list rather than just give the classes to another judge doing other breeds on the day, we know this happens and it can affect the entries and can lead to Rott classes being lost at some open shows which we dont want. I did have a couple of secretaries contact me and give me the email addresses but I need more so I am asking if when you pick up an open show schedule could you have a look and see if there is an email address for the secretary and if so forward it to me with the name of the society so that I can add them to the mailing list. We have a meeting in Feb so I will be sending the first lot of lists out by email soon after, so as many as poss before then will be great, Im hoping this will help you budding judges to get appointments and also help the exhibitors to get judges who have a keen interest in the breed and have gone to the effort to attend seminars and also apply to be on a list. This could also be done if you get offered an appointment and are given an email address for the secretary of said show, pass it on and it may help someone else get the appointment next time.
