A little hospital humor I think.....at 1:20 I was given 2 mg. of Dilaudid in my IV..very strong pain med and 1:22 I was given 4 mg of steroids because I still have swelling in my throat. At 1:24 I was given 1 mg. of xanax because the steroids make me shake. So I am thinking great I am about to take a great nap. But THEN at 3:00 here my nurse comes with 4 mg. of Lasix to drain off fluid. So somewhere I think this is a sick joke. Bathroom is not real close to the bed and the dilaudid and xanax make me drunk.I sure hope there are no cameras in this room.
