A little late but here is the Beginners brief for this week. Again I will be available at 5AM on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for 4 miles, 3 miles and 8 miles respectively And Thursday evening at 7 for 3 miles. If you find you cant make these times please try to do the runs as indicated to stay with the marathon plan. And as a beginners group we accept all paces some come on out and join us.
