A little lesson for the Conservative Supreme Court: As a self - TopicsExpress

A little lesson for the Conservative Supreme Court: As a self employed person, I am for all legal purposes, my business. We are legally one and the same. This means that if I was inclined to believe in a book of laws of a ski faery, I could make claims respecting my business having the same beliefs. Along with my being legally one and the same as my business, I am 100% legally obligated to the debts of my business. If however, I decided I would incorporate my business in order to evade personal liability to my business, I would no longer be one and the same as my business. My business is no longer the same as me and I am no longer 100% financially liable for my business debts. This is one of those things that wealthy people benefit from that our government provides which the beneficiaries do not think they should pay taxes for. As you should see, self employed businesses ARE PEOPLE. Corporations ARE NOT. Self employed people with religious beliefs are businesses with religious beliefs, corporations ARE NOT. This world is so full of people who seek to exploit workers for their own personal gain while simultaneously evading any and all personal liability for the consequences that to continue to allow the abuse and advantage to go unchecked will be the destruction of our entire economic system. The United States Supreme Judicial Court is nothing more than yet another puppet system controlled by these people who want to exploit the efforts of others while dodging responsibility for not only their puppet businesses, but their puppet representatives in government. recyclesculptor 2014
