A little more good news. Sarah Kiley from the National Energy - TopicsExpress

A little more good news. Sarah Kiley from the National Energy Board sent me back 2 more emails today and responded to our complaints regarding the dangerous flyovers and scaring off of the Eagles each time they dropped off the loads at bore hole # 1 last Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I also complained again today regarding this past Fridays helicopter activities again scaring off the eagles, hawks and other birds. At least they did not fly over us and had Burnaby Mountain Parkway blocked off during the flyovers. The same for the Trans Canada Trail they told me. It is a lengthy response regarding all the flights, times, eagle nesting season, and having to find another helicopter last minute etc. They have lawyered up on these emails and have had a few biologists comments and even some GPS engineers help with the email. Of course they are off by 700 feet with the Eagle perch trees that I sent photos of with eagles in them. We all know about those GPS coordinates and how well they work on the mountain. They used google earth to measure the eagle trees and how far away they are from both bore holes. Ha, ha! I have called in every Eagle expert and others to help with the responses and many videos and photos of Eagles directly above both bore holes from the past two weeks. They seem to think that there were no eagles on that part of the mountain these past two weeks. This vid was taken a week ago Saturday. BTW, they call their experts Environmental Consultants.
