A little over three years ago, Carly and Matt met when they were both cast in the Phoenix Theatre production of SPRING AWAKENING. Following the final performance of A VERY PHOENIX XMAS 9: FLASHING THROUGH THE SNOW yesterday (in which Carly starred), Matt surprised everyone when he came on stage and serenaded Carly before getting down on one knee. There were a lot of tears and smiles and hugs and kisses and we couldnt be happier for the pair. (And maybe we want to take a little bit of credit for creating some love ju-ju given we were the site of their introduction AND proposal.) Congrats, Carly and Matt! Love to you both!
