A little snip of my late night Sunday session. Heres the last of it: We started with: A1. Supinated BB rows A2. Pronated BB rows A3. Straight arm cable pull overs. 10-12 reps. 4 sets. 2 minutes rest between sets. (As shown only 2-3 reps so you get the idea) B1. Wide grip lat pull down B2. Supinated close grip lean away pull down B3. Seated low row. 10-12 reps. 4 sets. 2 minutes rest between sets. Give it a go during your next back session!
