A little trivia for you guys….Okay, so I did a little research. Kosher salt indicates it is traditionally used to remove surface blood from meat. All salt is kosher by definition of the Torah so it does not mean it was blessed by a Rabbi. It is different in shape from table salt because they roll salt through a roller and steam and it makes flaky pyramid shapes. Also not at salty as table salt ounce for ounce. You are welcome!
