A little upper body strength session this evening - Deadlifts 3 x 5 - Close grip pull downs 3 x 5 - Decline bench press 3 x 5 - Standing military press 3 x 5 - Seated bicep curl 3 x 6 - 8 - Skull crusher 3 x 6-8 Pretty quick. Rest as long as needed between sets.
