A loan was secured to build SHSs in the country to augment admission and cushion existing infrastructures geared towards national development and investing in the future of our young ppl. Among other things to be procured is the sanitary pads which in any way retards not our development but significantly add up to the health of girls as far as hygiene is concern. Yet the former regime who brought a cocaine reputation to this country is putting the whole issue as if the loan was secured for only sanitary pads.
