A long distance relationship is a special type of relationship, there’s no other relationship quite like it. It’s funny how a lot of people never seem to understand it and always look down upon it, thinking that it’s not a ‘real’ relationship - what people fail to realise is that in a LDR, the bond you share with your significant other is incredibly strong (it has to be strong for it to last). That bond is special; it’s not like what you have in a physical relationship when the person can be right beside you.
