A lot has been written about paula Deen the past few weeks and I want the following read by all. Seems as if there are two sides of the story and one has only been told. Did you see the interview with one of her employees telling the good side, or did you latch on to the one who told the bad. Coming from the south, altho many years ago, I can understand where she is coming from. I did not use the word as I did not like soap and I did not want to push my folks that far, but this whole thing has been blown out of proportion and it may never be okay again. Jesus can forgive the most vile of sins and sinners and yet, we as a nation and publisher, cannot forgive a woman who has apologized. The scripture tells us that if we do not forgive then we will not be forgiven. You know, you say it each time you repeat the Lords Prayer.
