A lot of buyers are not aware that you should only work with one agent. Why? Imagine you work a job and would never get paid. Your agent clears his calendar and makes you his priority and would like to get eventually paid. We understand that there might be a lot of agents that dont offer buyers the attention they expect on their home buying process. But, if you are serious about buying a home, interview some agents and then stick to the one you like the best. If you are not happy at any point, you can still express your complaints and move to another agent. But working with three agents at the same time is not fair to the agents and will not give you the best customer service. Because if an agent feels you are not 100% with him, he will not give his very best. Imagine your agent to be a lawyer or personla trainer that you pay by the hour. Would you work with 3 lawyers/trainers at the same time if you had to pay all of them?
