A lot of criticisms have been freely thrown against the incumbent national executives of the NPP and suggestions as to what their challengers will do differently and might have done differently. But, I am yet to hear from any of the contestants what they will do differently if in 2016 the ruling NDC decides once again to break the bank and spend in excess of $2 billion directly on those who vote and those who count the votes in order to secure the declaration simply by over-abusing incumbency? That, to me, is one of the major issues to deal with, if not THE major issue..
