A lot of great memories from when I was younger is usually - TopicsExpress

A lot of great memories from when I was younger is usually immediately followed by the thought Man.. how stupid were we? This summer Brandon and I had the pleasure of attending the Jason Aldean and Miranda Lambert concert at PNC Park in Pittsburgh. It was a summer full of nasty annoying rain and that day was no different. Storm clouds rolled in just as the concert began. But as the rain drops fell the crowd came to life. EVERYONE danced. The rain would die down and return throughout the entire evening. Moments before Jason Aldean started performing Night Train the clouds opened up. It went from a steady drizzle to an absolute downpour. I cant say I had ever danced in the rain.. until that moment. Stage lighting illuminated the sea of dancing fools.. We all sang together.. danced together.. shared memories together.. all while lightning lit up the night sky in Pittsburgh. Time stood still for me as Im sure it did for many others. It was totally awesome but probably not the smartest moment of either of our lives. We lived to tell about it... as a matter of fact we reminded each other of that moment just days ago when the song came on the radio. Pretty ironic that a song that I didnt love became a song I would forever love to remember and a moment that would live with me for the rest of my life. Just goes to show that sometimes you just gotta act stupid and find your moment to dance in the rain. youtu.be/-PLgUlRVLZE
