A lot of my friends have fitness and weight loss goals, myself included. Ive been very passionate about HIIT (high intensity interval training) to supplement my dislike for cardio. However, people read my updates and would like for them to be in English....;) Fitness lingo can be very confusing... SO! I am starting a HIIT challenge of my own. Whos with me? Day one; tOday! Stick the earbuds in and lets go! 20 jumping jacks or high knees.... Rest for 15 seconds..... Plank , from push up or cheat position with knees against the floor for 50 seconds. Rest for 15 seconds..... 20 squats , bending with your legs a shoulder width apart to a 90 degree angle.... 15 seconds rest.... Find a step to step up on (can be a stair step, bench or whatever you are comfortable with ....step up from 20 times leading with the right, 20 leading with the left .... 15 seconds of rest.... Then do 20 lunges to the front and step back with your feet back together (lead 10 with the right and ten with with left) .... Rest one minute, and repeat for a second set ! Challenge, rest one minute and do a 3rd set :) Feedback encouraged!
