A lot of people are saying by pooling 40000 acres CBN is fueling in real estate business. But the oppositte is happenning - when almost 25000 acres is entering into the market where govt itself is the biggest player .. CBN is killing the real estate in Vijayawada area for ever. with that kind of supply (25000 acres) demand can never catch up. the prices around vijayawda will settle arround 25 to 30000 per square yard. people can buy flats at around 2500 - 3000 per square feet. so guys wait - vijayawada will get cheaper Since govt is the seller, there will be no number 2 accounts, the registration duties realised will be higher.
