In most instances they haven’t adjusted their sights to go looking for some new great areas that are better value for money. Here are 8 areas you may not have thought about buying in…but you should. Relatively affordable & in momentum. 1. Camperdown – My #1 pick. Just do it! 2. Concord – Have you seen that shopping village lately? Almost buy there just for the great coffee!! 3. Campsie – The new Marrickville (which I declared the new Paddington 3 years ago & we were right – don’t miss this one). 4. Earlwood – The new Haberfield. Close & leafy & less expensive than some of the nearby neighbours. 5. Chifley – If the jail wasnt nearby add 20%. 6. Curl Curl – Can’t beat the beaches & this northern beach hasnt seen the same pick up as the east yet. Get on before it does. 7. Sans Souci – The waterside playground of the inner south. Young professionals & families check it out. Love it. 8. Rouse Hill – Will soon be an easy train ride from the CBD & has a vibrant town centre village. Must see for families. JM.
