A lot of people have asked me what Ive been doing to lose weight. For those who were truly curious this post is for you. Most everything I eat has an expiration date and I shop the perimeter of the store meats produce dairy(very little). I try to stick to natural stuff. If it has more than 5 ingredients its probably not that good for you. I still eat fast food but I get my burger lettuce wrapped and I dont make it a combo (nosoda or fries) I cook mostly with coconut oil and olive oil. No desserts. No fried or glazed foods. No pasta or bread. I dont have cheat days because I know one I let myself slip I will fall back into the same pattern of letting to myself and making justifications. Im finding that I like this food better and I feel better. I used to feel so guilty when I ate and I would hide what I ate because I was embarrassed that I was still eating crap even tho I knew better and I knew people were judging me. I still could eat even better than I do and I still dont really exercise but for now this works for me.
