A lot of people have been wondering how they can help out with our stolen gear situation. (FULL LIST BELOW PLEASE KEEP SHARING!) Were still working on seeing how much (if any) might fall under our insurance and honestly at this point were still confident that well be able to recover some if not most of the gear (although we certainly lost hundreds of dollars worth of merch too.) Best ways to help: 1. Keep sharing these posts. Every new set of eyes that sees the list will make it that much harder for these scumbags to sell the stuff anywhere in or near Boston. 2. If youre familiar with any local music shops or pawn shops, please PRINT THIS LIST OUT and bring it in. Shops take stolen merchandise very seriously. 3. If you hear anything/have any leads, please contact us and the D14 Boston Police ASAP. 4. Buy merch from us! This is probably the best way we have right now to recoup some of the loss. Buy Golden Rules or the Q_Q 7 from here: equalvision.merchnow/catalogs/Pretty-and-Nice buy our back catalog from prettyandnice or if you buy the digital download of Pink and Blue from our bandcamp we get a cool $7. prettyandnice.bandcamp/ CAVEAT: as a bunch of our merch was smashed, theres a chance that certain items will be harder to get than others. We will try our hardest to fulfill your requests!!!! Thanks again! What follows is a repost of our most updated status on this. We love you all! ******************************************************* The latest we know is that a few friends spotted a pile of smashed tapes and CDs in the Rugg Rd. area of Allston. If you live in this area or practice in one of those buildings, please keep an eye out for our stuff (even if its just one of the cases in a dumpster.) Pretty much all of our stuff has bright colored ampersands (&) painted on. If you spot anything, contact us at prettyandnice(atsign)gmail(dot)com or Boston Police D14 (Allston Brighton.) The best way you can help out is by keeping an eye out around town and sharing this post. ****THE LIST*** Realistic MG-1 (late 70s/early 80s Moog family Synth) - Has a sticker that says I [bike] Benson and gold vinyl lettering that reads Pretty & Nice [I doubt that itll stay stickered up, but who knows] looks like this: graylands.ca/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/concertmate-mg1.jpg Serial: 17364 Two Boss TU-2 Tuning Pedals - Pretty well road-worn, one has a piece of Red electrical tape on it the other has Yellow electrical tape. Cream Colored Fender Squier Telecaster (various stickers) Serial: IC001018559 Sanatoga Green Telecaster copy The two telecasters were in 2 separate hardshell cases - one standard cream colored Fender case (w both ampersand and weird upside-down heart/bird stencils), and one old grey Ibanez case (w ampersand stencil).
