A lot of people have questions about the zone. Here is a bit more information on how to calculate your blocks, and what that consists of. Determining Blocks There is a lot more that goes into it, but I want you to take your lean body mass and divide that by 10. That is the number of blocks you get. For example. I weigh 230. My BF percentage is 23. If I take out all my BF weight then my lean body mass is 180. If I divide that by 10 it is 18. I get 18 blocks of food per day. 1 block is 1.5g fat, 7g protein, 9g carbs. It might be a bit of getting used to but it will be worth it. Let me know if you have any questions.
