A lot of people seemed to be pissed about a cop shooting a dog....think of it this way.... Heres the thing, people say that they have the right to film police, they do...in most states. Now, people also have the right to video tape YOU, me, and ANYONE they want out in public as long as that video is not used in a trademarked or copywritten manner at a later date. Now, this would piss ANYONE off.....think about it, a guy walking down the street simply pointing a video recording device at you. You are eventually going to get pissed and confront him, right? Lets also say that he has a dog and when you confront the guy, the dog attacks you. Lets also say that you are a legal owner of a gun and you have it with you. When that dog attacks you, what are you going to do??
