A lot of people think that millennials are lazy. Theyre not lazy, they just dont have as much of the shadow of the industrial revolution, so theyre not going to put up with having a job. Thats what we were taught to do in the industrial age; shut up, sit down, dont make waves, go out quietly. Millennials are simply no longer willing to put up with this. In this world, people have reached an era where they seek to make meaning. Nobody actually wants to make money anymore, money is just a means for meaning. -Chuck Blakeman (BOOM.
