A lot of people want to get in shape and be healthy or have some type of fitness related goal, but most people do not want to put in the requisite amount of work it takes to get there. If youre currently grinding through your fitness journey I have some advice for you, ENJOY IT. It needs to be known that in order for change to take place, change needs to happen!! You can not expect results if you dont do anything different. In order for your newly acquired fitness to be long lasting, you need to change the way you do things, it really is a lifestyle.. It doesnt work if you go down that road with a temporary mindset or go on a diet(I HATE that word).. For a transformation that can be very complex both physiologically and physically. It is VERY simple: 1) Eat quality whole foods and eat them in the right proportions according to your goals/exercise. 2) Sleep. 3) Do some strength training and 4) Get those lungs burning. Stop making excuses why you cant eat healthy or exercise, they are just EXCUSES, not reasons. If you need any help, contact me.
