A lot of the countries in the middle east are run by despotic tyrants. A lot of the countries in the middle east have elements of their populations that have been at war with each other for millennia. This reality has very little to do with the fact that the United States behaves very poorly itself in relation to the region. There are certainly men in the middle east that seem to enjoy killing people - it seems perhaps more so there than other areas of the globe - but if America quit interfering in the region, they would have absolutely no reason to want to kill westerners in general, and Americans in particular. They would just go about killing each other, as they have for time ad nauseum, and America would be none the worse for wear. #TheJovialDissident
