A lot of yall have been asking for some booty workouts so here are a few 1st workouts is with the hip abduction machine. Bring your booty to the edge of the seat and make sure when youre doing it to focus on squeezing and working your glute. 2nd workout is with the leg extension machine. Key is when you come up to make sure you squeeze that booty!! 3rd workout is isolated lunges with jump lunges at the end. Hope that helps :))))
