A lovely surprise from a client arrived in the mail today... our client feedback form... with the comments The project from start to finish was a great experience. We have done lots of significant alterations and this was by far the best. Are there things that we did better than you expected? The professionalism and the enthusiasm to get the best possible result, working with the builder was very pleasing... Chuffed!!
