A low pressure system is forecast to affect New Brunswick late Wednesday into Thursday. An intense low pressure system is expected to approach from south of the Great Lakes and affect New Brunswick late Wednesday into Thursday. This system is expected to bring significant snowfall especially to Southern New Brunswick with amounts possibly reaching 20 to 25 centimetres by Thursday morning. There is still uncertainty in the track of the low and the precipitation type and amounts. We will continue to monitor the development of this low pressure system. The public is advised to monitor future forecasts and warnings as warnings may be required or extended. Please monitor the latest forecasts and warnings from Environment Canada at weatheroffice.gc.ca
