A major turning point in my life came when I had been a mental health nurse off and on for 25 years. I received a prophetic Word that said I would do old things in new ways. I knew Father God was talking about laying down my natural ability in order to release His supernatural ability through me. My knowledge, experience and ability would never heal hearts, change lives, never break every yoke, like His anointing does. I actually had to attend training several times (to teach me to be quiet) to learn to simply invite Jesus Christ to come in an open vision and heal our prayer receiver Himself. My part has been to impart faith that Jesus is quite able to appear in open visions, just as He did all through the Bible. Our receivers simply invite Him to tell them or show them what He is doing to heal them today. I just take notes while they dictate what Jesus is doing or saying. Its not visualization because I am not suggesting anything; Jesus does it all. He is healer to broken hearts, is parent to the abandoned, the lover of our souls, the Lord of Hosts in battles, the Shepherd to the lost, fulfillment to despondent, protector to the abused, etc. Inviting Jesus to heal in person is way better than any form of counseling. He can make us whole again, affirm us, repair our foundations, take our guilt and shame, empower us and equip us as no one else can do. Only Jesus can make a fractured identity one again. Only Jesus can replace old programming with His mind, the mind of Christ. Jesus died and rose again, hoping that each of us would invite Him to live His resurrection life through us. Whoohoo!
