A major vote today on rules that could require oil companies to reduce the volatility of crude before its loaded onto rail cars. The North Dakota Industrial Commission will decide on a proposal. It would require companies to remove certain liquids and gasses from shipments. The three-member commission includes Governor Jack Dalrymple.
