A man can be in love with his wife and still cheat on her. Its not enough that he makes you feel good now or speaks sweet words to you, how he held you now can be deceiving, people change - and you know it! I have seen men who truly wish to be committed to their marriage and not cheat on their wife. One confessed to me I dont know whats wrong with me, my wife should be enough for me. One minute they are out, the next they are in. The problem is: A man without Christ is operating under the Adamic nature which is synonymous with the law of sin and death (Romans 8) and the controlling power of flesh. Theyve failed to receive Jesus into their heart, they think they dont need Jesus to make their marriage work. How wrong they are! Jesus is needful in every area of our lives, we can do nothing without His help. I have good news for you if your spouse/fiance is in love with Jesus and fears the Lord? You can go to sleep cause even if he goes out hell definitely come back. Proverbs 16:6 By mercy and love, truth and fidelity [to God and man--not by sacrificial offerings], iniquity is purged out of the heart, and by the reverent, worshipful fear of the Lord men depart from and avoid evil.
