A man has been arrested by the Baton Rouge Police and charged with 4 counts of Attempted 1st Degree Murder after he shot at a vehicle which was occupied by a female acquaintance and her 3 children. After his arrest the man reportedly told officers that when he bonded out of jail he was going to take care of the victim. He is being held on a $290,000 bond in EBR Parish Prison.
