A man has been taken to hospital after his bus crashed into two parked vehicles and two fences at Georges Hall shortly after midnight. Emergency services were called to Rabaul Road about 12.15am today (Wednesday 21 May 2014), after the bus struck a parked truck, then crossed the road and hit a concrete fence, then continued on and struck a parked 4WD before hitting another fence. The 74-year-old male bus driver was taken to hospital to be checked as a precaution, as well as undergoing mandatory blood and urine tests.
