A man has died and a woman is injured following a reported home invasion on a house in Badgerys Creek this morning. A woman called Triple Zero (000) about 4am today (Friday 30 May 2014), to report she and her husband had been attacked by in their home on Elizabeth Drive. Police and emergency services arrived to find the body of a man, and a woman suffering head injuries. The woman has been taken to Liverpool Hospital. A crime scene has been established at the home. Detectives from Green Valley Local Area Command are investigating, assisted by the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad.
