A man is due to face court after allegedly damaging a bus in Manly yesterday. About 11.30pm (Saturday 3 May 2014), a 19-year-old man was on a bus in Belgrave Street, when he became involved in a fight with another man. He then got off the bus, before allegedly kicking the doors of the vehicle, causing them to shatter. The man left the scene and officers from Northern Beaches Local Area Command were called. Following investigations, police located and arrested the man on The Corso. He was taken to Dee Why Police Station and issued a field court attendance notice for malicious damage, to appear at Manly Local Court, with the date yet to be determined.
