A man suspected of killing a 23-year-old Valencia man in a hit-and-run collision is set to be arraigned Feb. 2, officials announced Tuesday. Ronald Lloyd Aviles, 57, of San Clemente, allegedly drove of a vehicle that fatally struck Travis Marton on New Year’s Day and left the scene, according to a criminal complaint.
