A massive achievement by a few people this week, that I would like to give a shout out to. Monika & Salu: 1st ever comp. Rise Up Snatch & Deadlift. You guys both rocked. After a nervous start, you both did a fantastic job. Salu hit a PB for the Snatch and well done to Monika with a 3rd place overall. You both Made us all very proud. Secondly Jake. Set a goal of 1,000 x 60kg Thrusters to complete in the month of December. Not only has he done this with 9 days to spare, but did the last 12 at 80kg and the 25 before that at 70kg. Inspirational stuff mate. I am in awe of your dedication and commitment. You have now earnt the new title of Assistant Coach. (No more ass coach).
