A meeting of men, by men. No woman participated in any portion of preparing the meal, the table setting or anything. A few of us got together for a Thursday evening to entertain international business partners. We convened at the home of our host and friend. At the table where colleagues from India, UK, US (me, the only one) and Canada of course. We are lawyers, investment bankers, money managers, hotel owners and luxury home developers. We converged to do business yet we met as friends. We laughed, we were completely civilized. Drank amazing wines and shared incredible cigars.
