A memory jerker for some of my old Judo mates, I was just watching a programme and it showed a golf driving range, well for those of us that were there Im sure some they also will never forget. We were in Japan for the Kano Cup Tournament and one night we went for a wander after training and came across a golf driving range in what looked like a big apartment block, now space is so limited in Tokyo I was wondering how this was going to work. Anyway, in we wander to find ten floors with at least twenty cubicles side by side on each level, all facing out on to a field that was somehow fitted into a large extended garden square. So at any time you had up to two hundred golf balls all being hit out of these cubicles and all you could see was a sky full of golf balls and a turf covered in golf balls, it was unreal and I still cant work out how anyone knew which ball was theirs, let alone where it landed, mad city and makes London look like a small village, everything hndred miles an hour.
