A message about dieting. I know that I post a lot about how much weight Ive lost/how my diet is going, but I want to clear up that I do not starve myself. If you roomed with me durning Otakon, you would see how much I could eat if I was given the opportunity. I am currently 100.6 pounds, which is a healthy weight for my hight of 411/5 ft. I dont go on fad diets, but instead, I watch my food intake with the amount of exercise I do. I cut junk food from my diet and pick healthier choices. I eat 5 meals instead of 3, estimating the amount of calories in each. However, I have been through fad diets before. Currently, I have these ugly stretch marks on my thigh because of being bullied about my weight. In the time around the transition to middle school, I went on a super intense diet that limited me to basically an apple a day. Because of this, my body never got the nourishment that it needed, resulting in my weak immune system today. Basically, this moral of this message is to take care of your body. Dont try to make it something its not by harming it. ;v; If you wish you lose weight, dont diet. /Change/ your diet and your lifestyle. There are also somethings that you just cant change because of body structure, and we have to accept that. Take care and love your bodies, guys! You only get one for a lifetime. *^*
