A message for all Scottish residents:- You can vote in the referendum if you are registered to vote in Scotland, and are 16 or over on 18 September 2014 and are: · a British citizen living in Scotland · a European Union citizen living in Scotland, or · a qualifying* Commonwealth citizen living in Scotland Now its my turn to have a scare story, instead of Better Together .. The United Kingdom is in more dept than 1930s Germany and growing. Its now standing at five times our Gross Domestic Product. Mainly because the Chancelor, George Osborne, thinks the best way to tackle our dept problem is printing money and giving it to the banks, who got us in mess in the first place, and taxing and penalising to poor and unemployed to braking point whilst letting the rich carry on paying minimal taxes. Not to mention £6Billion Aircraft Carriers & £100Billion Nuclear bombs! Great idea George! We would have to honour our 8% share of this debt in proportion to our population. However, it will be a lot easier to service than £1.5Trillion! Time to pull the parachute Scotland!
